 In Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Dwayne Johnson stars as Hank Parsons, Sean Anderson’s (Josh Hutcherson) stepfather. Sean forces Hank to bring him on a trip to a mythical and monstrous island to find his missing grandfather played by Michael Caine. Vanessa Anne Hudgens also stars in this movie as Kailani, a tour guide and Hutcherson’s love interest. The script is loosely based on Jules Verne’s The Mysterious Island novel.

John Carter (2012) 720p BluRay

The film is largely based on A Princess of Mars, the first novel to feature the hero John Carter. The story was originally serialized over six monthly installments, from February through July 1912, in the pulp magazine The All-Story; those chapters, originally titled "Under the Moons of Mars," were collected five years later as a hardcover book from publisher A. C. McClurg. In both the novel and film John Carter is a former American Civil War Confederate Army captain who is mysteriously transported to Mars, which is known to its inhabitants as Barsoom. In the course of his first adventures there Carter learns the planet is dying from the loss of its atmosphere and water. Only a peaceful alliance of its intelligent but volatile inhabitants can save all the species of Barsoom from extinction, a goal he sets out to achieve.

Majalah Mastika merupakan sebuah majalah berbahasa Melayu yang diterbitkan secara bulanan. Ia merupakan sebuah majalah yang bercorak kisah misteri, seram, masyarakat, dan pengetahuan umum.

Majalah Mastika mula dikeluarkan pada 1 Jun 1951 dengan nombor ISSN 012-5598. Di sepanjang penerbitannya, Majalah Mastika telah dikemudi dan diperkemaskan oleh beberapa orang tokoh.

Tokoh-tokoh tersebut merangkumi Abd Rahim Kajai sebagai pengarang pertama, kemudian diikuti oleh Tan Sri Abdul Samad Ismail, Munir Ghazali, A. Samad Said dan Zainol Fakir. Majalah ini mendapat sambutan masyarakat, sehingga tahun 2007 majalah ini telah memegang rekod jualantertinggi selama sepuluh tahun berturut-turut. Hal ini mungkin kerana majalah ini memaparkan isu-isu yang dekat dengan masyarakat.

Raikes, Hopper's crewmate and a weapons specialist on the USS John Paul Jones; and international superstar Liam Neeson as Hopper and Stone's superior (and Sam's father), Admiral Shane.

Berg directs this epic action-adventure also produced by Brian Goldner and Bennett Schneir of Hasbro (the "Transformers" franchise), along with Scott Stuber ("Couples Retreat"), Sarah Aubrey ("The Kingdom") and Duncan Henderson ("Master and Commander").
